President's Welcome

Welcome to the Student Government Association (SGA) of Armstrong Atlantic State University website. The purpose of the SGA is to act as an organized voice for all students of Armstrong Atlantic. We work to represent all students to the university in decisions that affect the students of Armstrong Atlantic. Whether it is an academic or a student life issue we are here to help. It is our goal to improve the overall student experience by relaying suggestions and concerns to administrators and organized governing bodies of the university.

All Armstrong Atlantic students are members of the SGA, and are encouraged to take an active role in this organization. The Student Government Association would not exist without students. We have open meetings every Monday at noon in Solms Hall room 110. I encourage everyone to come to at least one meeting.

The SGA Executive officers, Student Senate, and I are constantly making changes for the betterment of our campus. Be sure to regularly check our website for updates on how we are improving, and developing the student culture on campus. We are creating great goals for the future; we want you to know about them and how they may affect you. Please feel free to contact us with any of your questions or concerns.
